B.S. Business Administration, Entrepreneurship Concentration, with a minor in Architecture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Expected May 2027.

Two summers at Black Diamond Landscape in San Jose, reporting directly to the CEO. I built a referral partner program from zero and personally signed nine South Bay partner businesses on commission-based referral agreements — 180% of the original target — for a firm averaging close to $50K per project. The CEO now cites the program company-wide as the standard for the design team.

I also helped build an outbound lead rehash program, working hundreds of dormant leads with AI-assisted outreach. The team booked roughly 50 qualified design appointments over a couple of weeks, and the company later adopted the approach in its call center. Alongside it I structured a 100+ document SOP and FAQ knowledge base powering a company-wide internal AI agent, and rebuilt the customer-facing sales presentation.

Currently Event Operations Lead at Avenue Twelve, running installation and strike for a luxury event design and furniture rental studio, and pitching ownership on a new revenue line renting the studio’s production-grade space.

In between I build things. Ray Studios, an independent design practice. Koi, a working iOS beta. Vue, a room-scale live design and pricing platform built in Unreal Engine.
