Two summers at Black Diamond Landscape, a residential design-build firm in San Jose, reporting to the CEO. I built their referral partner program from zero and signed nine South Bay businesses against a target of five, on projects averaging close to $50K. The CEO now points to it as the standard for the design team.

I also helped stand up an outbound program that worked hundreds of dormant leads with AI-assisted outreach. It booked roughly 50 qualified design appointments in a couple of weeks, and the company moved it into its call center. Alongside it I built a 100+ document knowledge base behind a company-wide internal AI agent and rebuilt the sales presentation.

Right now I run event operations at Avenue Twelve, a luxury event design and furniture rental studio, and I am pitching a new revenue line that rents out the studio’s production space.

In between I build things. An iOS app in beta. A clothing brand that taught me an expensive lesson for the price of a small run. A senior project that puts a client inside their yard before it exists.

The common thread is decisions. Who makes them, what they cost, and how many of them nobody ever notices.
